My favorite real estate stories usually come from moments when things weren’t looking great for my clients—until we started working together. What seemed impossible at first often turns into a success story in the end.
Like when Mary didn’t think she could sell her home for enough to buy a new one. She needed to move with her daughter, but the numbers just didn’t seem to work—until we made it happen. In the end, she walked away with more than double what she expected.
Or when my newlywed 18-year-old clients needed a home but had limited funds. We not only found them a house under budget, but they were also able to purchase it fully furnished—a dream start to their new life together.
